With 36 years of hands-on experience across every level of the PGM value chain — from laboratory analyst to Head of Technical for Smelting and Refining — Nelsa brings operational depth that no generalist consultancy can match. Her career at Lonmin and Sibanye Stillwater spanned laboratory methodology development, production management, Six Sigma transformation, capital project control, and board-level technical reporting. Since founding Solutions 4U in 2020, she has continued to serve South African and international clients across process optimisation, breakthrough technology, and energy transition projects.

Amelia is a registered professional chemical and metallurgical engineer with 15 years of experience spanning precious metals refining, battery materials, and green hydrogen technology. Since 2023 she has been working as an independent consultant designing basic and detailed engineering packages for Precious Metals separation and purification processes for clients in India, Switzerland, the USA and South Africa. She brings cutting-edge process design expertise and hands-on commissioning experience to every S4U engagement.
